These sub-sections deal with data that can be collected during routine update rounds, but that is not necessary to collect in every update round.  Such parameters can be scheduled annually such as education, or bi-annually such as asset indexing.  This section deals with such measures.  This is additional to parameters that have registration updated every round which is covered elsewhere.
