Dr. Gashaw Andargie Biks

I was born in Gondar, Ethiopia in 1972. I studied undergraduate degree in Jimma University in Environmental Health Sciences in 1999 and Master of Public Health in Addis Ababa University in August 2006. Doctor of Philosophy in child health and public health from University of Gondar in June 2013. Currently, I am working in the University of Gondar at different capacities for more than 20 years. As a researcher, site leader Dabat Health and Demographic Surveillance system and field Program manager for randomized control trial on integrated community case management pneumonia treatment in Ethiopia August 2013 to 2018. Teaching and advising PhD and Masters Students. I have written more than three teaching modules and two lecture notes in the area of Public Health. Publications, I have published more than 25 publications on different national and international peer reviewed journals.
