Field team meetings
For effective management of field work, field workers can be divided into groups of reasonable size, with between 6 and 10 in a group depending on the number of field workers and their geographical location. Field supervisors, team leaders and the Field manager are to be present in each of the meeting. This meeting can be held fortnightly depending on number of teams. Joint meetings with all the teams can be held every 3 months or at the midpoint of each cycle. During such meetings all field workers are to report on their activities in the field and also report on any problems, which they have experienced.  These problems should be fed to the managers meeting every week.  The problems reported by field workers should be incorporated into re- training schedules. For example, if a particular problem is observed consistently for the whole or part of a team, re- training on this issue should occur for all the teams.
