Data team meetings
For effective management of data, data managers should meet with their data supervisors and data entry clerks every week where problems encountered during data entry and processing are discussed. These problems should be fed to the management meeting every week so that they can be discussed later with the field teams if there are things concerning the field.  The problems reported by the data supervisors and data entry clerks should be incorporated into retraining schedules. For example, unacceptable blanks or inconsistencies with a particular variable observed consistently at the computer centre should trigger field training.
