Key Informants are the vital link to sites in terms of capturing births and deaths which sites could easily miss if the system depends only on survey round updates. Monthly meetings should be held with Key Informants where validation of their work can be presented to them. There should be an annual meeting with all the Key Informants to discuss issues affecting their work.
