Sites often concentrate on data production and quickly produce more data than can be analyzed by the original research team.  The site should consider developing facilities (office space, accommodation, catering facilities) to attract research fellows, students, associates and interns for using the DSS platform to conduct studies, perform analyses and write timely reports and publications. The presence of such people is one way towards sustainability of the site.
